I want to try this as due to a medical condition I don't qualify for weight loss pills, and I just can't afford surgery witch I do qualify for due to an auto immune desease. I'm 5"5, and 100kg down 10 in 3 months, but due to chronic flairs and being bed ridden and chronic fatigue ,at these times I can't be active, and that's when I over eat alot of crap.
I haven't found any one who's tried hypnosis. I need help with my binge eating
I listen to a free one on YouTube. It seems to be working as my appetite has decreased. This is early days though but I'm going to keep giving it a try ;)
