Divorce Split

Hi Everyone, about to commence divorce settlements - Can anyone tell me their experience with the percentage split?

I think to be fair it should be 50 % each I honestly couldn’t take more than that. I think in a marriage it’s equal no matter what. It shouldn’t be any different once divorced.

I think 50% should be standard unless it can be proven one party didn’t contribute at all financially or otherwise.
