I’ve noticed since I turned 37 that my hair is falling out, breaking easily and has thinned drastically.
My facial wrinkles are also deeper, more noticeable and there are more of them.
What are your tried and true methods, hacks etc that you use for ageing?

A fake fringe. I am early 40's and my hair is naturally thick but I have noticed it is thinning at the front and hair line seems to be receding, not heaps but my forehead is big enough lol. So the fake fringe is real hair, I have had it cut and shaped for my face, it thickens the front hair line and you're able to put all your real hair to the back for a pony tail or leave it out. I like to use a hair band with it or I'm too self concious that people will notice it. It also covers my frown lines. I look instantly younger and I don't have to struggle with a real fringe to stay where I want it. Also haemorrhoid cream to relax wrinkles around the mouth, nose, forehead area. I think dressing to your body shape rather than the latest trends is a lot more flattering, dressing young doesn't necessarily make you look younger it can do the opposite. I don't wear foundation as I think it settles in my wrinkles making them look worse but I do wear eye make up and lipstick, I think that really helps with drawing attention into your good bits! Also a good face wash, toner and moisturiser really does make a difference.
I use botox and fillers
I've never really been bothered by wrinkles so I can't help in that regard but I do think it's important to look after your skin, which can be a little more complex as we age.
Would seeing a dermatologist to get some professional advice specific to your needs be an option?
Also, sunscreen (spf 50 ideally) everyday!
As for your hair, get a good cut, wash it less and make sure you're using non harsh, high moisturising products. Getting some bloods done to check for any vitamin deficiencies probably wouldn't hurt either. I unknowingly had a really bad vitamin D deficiency and my hair felt like hay but I didn't realise the connection.
I have a short pixie cut that sweeps forward from the crown. Use Biolage thickening shampoo and conditioner, and a very light Schwarzkopf hair oil after washing. It's more obvious with darker hair, maybe try a lighter shade to see if it reduces the visibility.
Dr Roebucks has a great SPF50 sunscreen.
Garnier has a CannaB pore serum/moisturiser that I use on work days. It's an SPF15 but I work indoors so it's only for walking too and from the carpark. It doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy like heavier sunscreens do.
Always wear a hat and good sunnies too.
I've recently started enzyme peels. Not for wrinkles as such but to keep my skin clear and fresh. There's more intensive ones available but my skin is very sensitive so this is a safe starting point for me.
Interesting... im getting pigmentation i think i need to look into but im 37 (or turning 37 haha) and i think a good moisturiser is the go. Im still looking for one
If you have a family history of thinning hair eg i have some nearly bald aunts, Regaine which you can get from the chemist and is around $70 for 4 months worth, will reverse the thinning, but it takes around 3 months to do so. You also have to commit to using it forever, well worth it in my opinion. My hair looks fabulous again. I also take androgen blockers prescribed by my gp for this. Skin, you need to drink water exfoliate and moisturise. I'm 59, i could easily pass for 49, and maybe a bit less on a good day.
Get blood tests to check your vitamin levels 🤗 add a powdered collagen for hair, skin and nails and start on Tretinoin for your skin 🤗 spf 50 daily too with a good moisturiser.
We may be getting older but we don’t have to look it ❤️ I’m certainly noticing arm wrinkles lately at 35! 🙄
