Has anyone had an implanon break in their arm? And if so has there been any consequence of this or side effects.

Implanon is designed as a slow release contraception, so it's probably not been working since the breakage. It may have messed up your hormones and created unbecoming side effects. I hope you have gotten it removed.
Mine was fine for the first few months. After this I had a constant heavy "period" for about 2 weeks, stopping for a week then starting agian. I put up with this until it was going on for over 3 weeks going from heavy to spotting and not stopping. When got it removed the doctor had troubles as it had moved out of place. She told me it probably wasn't working properly. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, infact I advise against getting one, so many people have problems with it.
