How do you make friends?

I show an interest in people and they either get freaked out or reciprocate. I ask questions about them, nothing personal just basic knowledge stuff, I usually try and steer the conversation to pets and then can talk for a while as I love my dogs and most people like talking about their pets. I meet most people through my work, also neighbours. Use your kids to your advantage and organise play dates.
