Personal experience with tightening the vagina

This question is for the ladies,

I’ll get straight to the point. What treatments, or surgeries have you tried that makes the vagina tighter? Is there such thing as getting extra stitches in the vagina several years after having children? If yes, how would I go about having access to something like that?

After having kids I feel as though it’s not as “tight” as it used to be. I’ve done kegels but It still doesn’t feel the same. I have so far consulted with a surgeon who suggested vaginaplasty but there is a possibility I’d be losing sensation during sex, which defeats the purpose.

Thank you in advance.

The "husband" stitch is what you're referring to and it is a horrific practice and something that no self-respecting medical professional should actually do. It doesn't do anything to the inside of the vagina, just creates more scar tissue around the outside and many, many women report ongoing pain during sex. It is unlikely that any doctor would do any type of stitching outside of a tear or episiotomy after giving birth.

The hormones that course through your body after birth are supposed to tighten everything back up, including your vagina, it is unlikely that you would have any significant change. Are you experiencing less sensation during intercourse? Has someone complained?

Vaginoplasty is not the husband stitch. Vaginoplasty is surgery that lasers out a bit of the vaginal walls and stitches the walls closer together. It is all done inside and is performed by plastic surgeons and gynaecologist.

Get yourself some Ben wa balls, they’re sold in sex shops in different weights and you put them inside your vagina and essentially hold them in with your pelvic floor muscles, I suggest some with a ring at first as they’re easier to insert and remove.

The more sex you have the tighter your vagina gets. You just squeeze his penis with your insides while you have sex. Its exercise for your privates and it works! The vagina is a muscle and like any muscle the more you work it the tighter it gets. I have a whole mini bus full of kids I gave birth to snd I have sex almost daily for many years. My vagina tightness and strength is the same as before kids. You just have to keep at it for the rest of your life just like you would do at the gym externally.

Go and see a women’s health physio - they will help with pelvic floor exercises..

I think there is also some laser technology- didn’t one of the house wives from that franchise get it done..

CO2 Laser can fix that. But make sure you go to a reputable dermal therapist or comestic surgery practice.

Kegel balls. Put them in, whack a vibrator on your clit, have an awesome orgasm and strengthen the muscles.
Stop/starting your wee is a way to test your strength but not for exercising.
Don't let you bum move when you do kegels.

4 kids, partial vaginal wall prolapse and I haven't had to have any surgery or treatment other than this.
