Unloved and wanting affection back

Unloved and wanting affection back

My husband and I just celebrated our wedding anniversary (6years, 10 together).
It was basically a non event and I feel really unloved. How can I give him a bit of a gentle reminder that romance and affection during these special celebrations are still important.
To me the day is not really about gifts but a bit of effort is appreciated( I really enjoy spoiling my loved ones on special occasions when I can).
I gave him a nice T-shirt, new cap, motor bike pants and an accessory for the kitchen which he hinted about.
He got me a joke T-shirt (T-shirt with a joke picture in the front).
He use to do flowers, chocolates, dinners out or a really thoughtful gift.
The day was spent with him watching sport on the Tv while I cleaned the house.
I recently told him I thought I had postnatal depression which was then not discussed any further and has not been discussed since. He is the only person I have told at this point.

You should be talking to your gp about postnatal depression, your husband can not help you deal with that. That is what medical professionals are for
