My daughter will be 12 next month and I have been tracking her mood swings and stomach pain and is pretty much falling every 4 weeks now, she hasn’t started getting her period as yet. She was having really bad cramps last night so I gave her Panadol and a heat pack. I was wondering what other pain relief could I give her?? Thanks

Ask your local pharmacy. They can ask you questions about your child’s medications etc that might be a bad mix.
Warm showed or a radox bath? Maybe some beautiful smelling bathbombs or bubble bath, then a heat pack? Period cramps are terrible. I was put in the pill at 13 to help ease mine. But it’s probably not a path I would go down for my own daughters
