Has anyone heard of an organization in Victoria that deals with breakthrough loans llike Keysart in WA ( goverment assistantace in morgages) looking for a private investor company in Victoria. I know they used to exist many years ago. Single mum struggling to secure a loan to keep my house, even though l have been paying for it on my own the las couple of years. If l can't find a loan then my ex & l are back to square one & he will try to take me for 50/50. Yes l have a lawyer & yes been through a morgage broker.
