Anonymous box for adults?

Anonymous box for adults?

With mental health week coming up, I’m trying to think of ways to help out at work. (Early Childhood Educator). I have thought of doing a post box kinda thing where fellow educators can write a letter to reach out and leave it in the box (or a celebration letter) and have the chance to be anonymous while reaching out and either be replied to by Director or myself or even have the director set up a face to face meeting to address any issues. Do you as an adult feel this would be too child like or would you love the chance to reach out and get advise while remaining anonymous? I know it can work for primary kids but I’m not so sure for adults. (P.N our director is amazing and more than happy to help where and when needed but I’m just wondering if others might find it hard to reach out.)
