What is it when it comes to sleep?
I feel like im awake all night, every tiny noise wakes me up. Its been going on for 4 weeks.
The worse is, when i have a weekend off... Thoughts would keep me awake at night, such as what i have to do in the morning. I start writing them down. it could be sonething stupid like baking a bread on sunday so i have lunch for the week or sending a payslip to a worker. Even if i write it down my mind is searching for things i have to do on my day off as if i cant have a day off without conpleting anything.
I have a day off today and im so tired. But i have to do something, i need to get to the hardware store and get this messy garden up to scratch.
I just cant set my mind at ease
I am so sleep deprived. I was meant to get my period tgis week and didn't get anything, im not pregnant i had a test, but its just so frustrating
