Bedtimes
What is your bedtimes for a 7 & 8 year old? We’ve always had a strict 7.30pm bed time for many years since babies, but now the boys are getting older they are mucking about in their rooms til well past 8pm most nights, and are up at 5/6am every morning. Should I be moving their bedtime to a little bit later to save my sanity and save me constantly telling them to go to sleep? Help! Lol

Move to an 8pm bedtime and let them have half hour quiet time before lights out at 8.30... if that doesn't make a difference, id bring it back half an hour and just accept it as it hahah
Do they get time to unwind in bed before lights out? My boys have always gone to bed half an hour before lights out. During that time they could read or play quietly in bed, then were given a five or ten minute warning that lights were about to go off.
Mine go to bed around 9.. they are 8,10,12 they also get up for school with no problems.
