Has anyone successfully gotten rid of a skin iron stain?

Hi Sisters!

I was given an iron injection 3 years ago by a doctor. It left staining on my skin. I was not told this was a possibility. I have tried various treatments unsuccessfully to remove it. Has anyone had treatment on an iron stain and it has actually worked? Could you please list details. I’ve had enough of being branded!
