I’ve had both mine done for about 10 (18 when I got them done) years now, pain was much the same as any piercing, but I do have little feeling in my nipples so I imagine it’s worse for people who super sensitive nipples. Healing takes about 1-2 weeks keep in mind you won’t wanna wear a bra in that time or some really comfy t-shirt bras only. Did it for myself not a particular partner but every guy I’ve been with has loved them.
Be aware your nipples will keep growing. Everyone I know with only 1 has very different sized nipples. Most people end up taking them out long term though due to the ongoing nipple length growth

I have both, hurt like a bitch but I've had them both done twice so cant be that bad I suppose.
Only really feels tender for like 24-48 hours. My hubby loooooves them and honestly they make me feel pretty badass 😂😂
