Cetaphil, it’s very mild and won’t irritate his skin.
Lots of pimple creams and washes are harsh and dry out the skin
Neutrogena Acne Wash is the only thing that worked for my son and we tried everything.
Turmeric cream is awesome for pimples and acne . 4 of my kids used it and their skin cleared up within the week . If you see new ones appear, keep using it . It's the best cream I've ever used on their skin .
