No, go and get a breast check
Breast check to be safe
Yes dimpling on your breast that looks like orange peel is a sign of breast cancer. Go get checked ASAP, you need a mammogram AND an ultrasound.
My friend had this and it was breast cancer. It isn’t always the case though but needs to be checked ASAP.
