I wrote in a couple of weeks ago about my son soiling himself, I think should have been more clear he don’t get in to trouble when he has an accident, it’s when he doesn’t clean up after himself and he knows how to. I have also spoken to our gp and we started a treatment plan for encopress and awaiting to see a paediatrician

Good luck, I know how tough bowel incontinence is to deal with.
This may or may not help but a friend's child went on for a long time doing this and then they found out he was lactose intolerant. Maybe have a look into that hun x
