Ovarian polyp and fibroid.

My doctor has referred me to a gyno after finding I have an ovarian polyp and fibroid. I’ve had a google but I’m not really sure what to expect plus there so much conflicting info out there. Any advice or stories on what to expect please?
I’m mid thirties with 3 kids and would like the option to have more.
