Breast cancer diagnosis

A dear friend of mine has been given some life shattering news, on the 10th of december she was diagnosed with breast cancer, she is only 28 years old. On the 27th of December she will be having a double mastectomy, this shows the severity of the diagnosis.
This has blown her and her whole families world upside down.
She is a loving wife and mother to a beautiful 5 year old girl, but because of surgery being so close to christmas they are no longer able to go back to her home town to spend time with family as planned. But instead will be spending it getting ready for treatment.
She has given so much to her family and community and now she needs everyone to rally for her. Even now with what she is about to face and her uncertain future, she is vowing to help others and warn people of the importance of early detection and awareness.
I guess im just asking if there is anyone out there who would be willing to help this gorgeous little family.
