My son has just turned 3 and and got all his 20 teeth by 2 years of age, his adult ones are due at age of six but I have noticed for the last week on and off his cheek and ear has been bright red and very hot, only one side and always on the same side (right side).
His moods have changed in the last week and also tonight he is struggling big time to get to sleep and he has never had a problem getting to sleep before. He has also woke a couple of time with a yell, no temp or anything just he says his mouth is sore.
My question is: Is it possible for a 3 year old to get his 6 year old adult molar?
He was also got his teeth early (first 2 at 6 months).

I'm guessing it's possible but I'd get him checked for infection in both mouth or ears (the pain could be referring to his mouth). Head to the GP.
It's possible, I'd rule out any other issues medically though with your GP.
