Weight loss

I am after some help regarding weight loss. I have roughly 20kg to lose to get back to a healthy pre baby weight but would be happy to lose 15kg. My daughter is 3 years old and I put weight on after having her. I have been consistently training in fitness classes and doing martial arts for 6+ months. I have changed my eating habits and am currently on a fat burner to boost my metabolism. Bloods all show clear, no known medical issues such as thyaroid etc. Problem is that I have lost roughly 2kg and that’s it. I understand that muscle weighs more than fat, which I can feel that I have gained but the size difference is barely noticeable. Tips or advice? I’m not too sure what else to do to budge the weight. Thanks!

See a registered dietitian! They are the best. I wish I’d seen one 20 years ago. I would have saved my self a fortune on products that didn’t work, and I would have gotten where I wanted to be a lot faster.
Check the ingredients on your ‘fat burner’ and check if it actually works. Many of those products don’t work and some are full of ingredients that make you gain weight!
