Hi mums!
I'm needing some tips on my 4month old. She's started not staying asleep when I put her down during the day. (She's sick ATM so may be the cause) At night she's great but day time she won't sleep unless rocked and she goes down but wakes soon after.
I'm going to transfer into her room (as she's ours ATM)
so hoping start a new routine that doesn't involve rocking and holding to sleep.
I have a 2 1/2year old so I can't spend long periods of time settling.
Any tips or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

I remember this time. It was so hard and I was spending 7 hours a day rocking my bubs! But remember when they are sick sleeping is so much harder so I'd try to implement change once she's better and sleep hasn't improved.
In the meantime If she likes being rocked are you able to wear her in a sling so you can still get stuff done? Or does her cot have wheels so she can be rocked in her cot to sleep?
Also I would start implementing bedtime/nap routines so she has warning she is going to sleep when she's better but like I'd say just let her get better first.
Oh yes I'll only be making routine and bed changes when she's well again! Until then It's cuddles and doing what I can to make her feel better!
