I don’t think people understand what you are asking. Might want to give a bit more info. I’m assuming you mean issuing a contravention order in family court due to non complainer with consent orders?
Sorry - a little vague, that is exactly what I mean!
They will ask you to go back to mediation even with contravention of orders
We had 9 pages of detailed examples and still had to do FDR to “allow them to explain the other parties difficulties in following the orders”
Very hard to prove contravention
Needs lots of lawyer involvement & therefore lots of cost involved
