Hi everyone, I'm having a bit of an issue. I have been in a very long application process for a new job, and found out along the way that I am pregnant. I got the job, but start date isn't until the middle of august. I'm already 15 weeks pregnant now, so I will only be able to work 3.5 months tops...leaving them at their busiest time of year (Xmas) one staff member down. So my question is do I tell them now or hold off as long as I can? I don't think they can take back the job offer as I have it in writing and it's a big company, but I'm worried I'm going to start showing soon and they will be upset at me for not telling them. Tell them, they are going to be really angry if they find out at the last minute or find out because they guessed. Most people value honesty and someone who is upfront even if it puts then out (but at least they will have time to develop a plan with you).
