Pillows

So I need a new pillow! I have on going back issues for years but last month I slipped a disc and was recommended to a chiropractor and they’ve been focusing a lot on my neck. With all the realigning my pillow just isn’t comfortable and doesn’t feel supporting enough been looking at bambilo and Ecosa ones but they’re expensive. Is is worth it? Has anyone had them or suggestions for others thanks
