Hi Mums,
I’m after some tips for flying long haul (to England and back) with a 1 year old
My son will be just over 1 when we fly and he’s not one to sit still 😅
Any tips or tricks that you used when flying would be great!

I did a long flight with a 1 yr old. I packed lots of snacks, little surprise toys (i wrapped each as a gift), stickers, coloring book.
We took unnecessary trips to the toilet just to move around.
I didn't give all toys at once, just slowly - one each hr or so.
My little one was amused by the seat belt, the tv screen and everything being a new experience for her as well.
Packed a jacket (it gets cold in the plane) and 2 sets of clothes in case she got sick.
Took extra bottles as well, dummies and new books.
We also took kids ear plugs for landing and take off
I flew from Kelowna to Vancouver my at the time was 8 months, wake him up early, keep awake till u board then they'll sleep the whole way .
