My toddler got his tonsils and adenoids out 2 weeks ago and the surgeon commented that he has the smallest mouth he had ever seen. Has anyone else been told this about their child. And did u find teething was harder on them?

As an adult I have been told by a dentist I have an extremely small mouth. I don't think I was any worse than most with teething although I did have over crowding with my adult teeth
