Plastic surgery

Has anyone had cosmetic surgery and can recommend a good surgeon in the Melbourne area?
I’m looking at having a neck and lower facelift done in the next year, and am researching surgeons.
I’m 44 and this year have noticed that when I sit or lay down, there are horrible crepey horizontal lines around the base of my neck and it looks disgusting. The skin around my neck feels looser since I lost 18 kilograms last year.
I’ve always looked a lot younger than my age (when I was 32 and didn’t have my drivers license on me, I couldn’t buy alcohol because I looked underage) andnow it’s catching up with me a bit and I don’t like it at all.
Looked after my face well all my life, but neglected my neck and décolletage when it came to sun protection and skin care.
I currently use a silicone skin pad on my chest at night to minimise vertical lines on my chest caused by age, sun damage and side sleeping, but the neck needs a bit more than that.
