I don’t know what’s changed! We were going from a full nights sleep, to waking once a night, she turns 6 months and next thing awake every 1/2hours every single night, crying and not settling! If we’re lucky to have her asleep the slightest movement or laying her in her cot she wakes and it’s the same again! We give her panadol thinking it’s teething, we will burp her a little longer thinking it’s wind, we don’t think it’s reflux? I’m so sleep deprived, I’m so unhappy! I feel so numb really! Has anyone had a similar situation with their LO? ☹️☹️ Please help!

Have you started solids recently? Could it be an intolerance? Or something different you’re eating if breastfeeding?
Do you follow leaps, does she follow the pattern?
Is it this terrible heat? Or a environmental change?
How long has it been happening for? Changes in bubs diet? Checked by your GP for ear infections or throat or UTI? Changed her bedding? Is she too hot at night?
These are basics I would want to rule out. My 5 all went through stages of being up repeatedly. Call in the family to help you get some rest if possible
I find with babies they never stay the same. They like to get you thinking something's going well, then boom, shakeup something else. Try a sling for daytime naps and hopefully they will settle enough to start sleeping at night again.
