Hand cuffs were used as normally happens when your arrested
And hand cuffs are supposed to be tight
Why would they Lossen them? So you could possibly slip out of them and injure the officers or your self?

Perhaps you should stop getting in trouble with the police, this is what.. the 3rd time they've cuffed you too tight now for different reasons?
If by some miniscule chance this is a genuine question, you committed a crime = you got cuffed.

Do you know how many people die due to drunk drivers? The tight cuffs would be the least of my worries. Don't drink and drive and you won't have a problem!
We’ve certainly hit the age of entitlement when a person thinks it’s unfair they were cuffed for breaking the law and it hurt a bit.
Of course they were tight, they are supposed to be tight so you can’t get out of them.

For you to be put in cuffs for low range drink driving shows that you’re a little brat who probably caused a scene . I’ve never heard of a low range drink driver being cuffed . Thank god you weren’t high range you’d probably have been extremely dangerous after being caught .
Low range could just mean you were over by a mouthful as you didn’t say what your reading was . Regardless , don’t be a feral brat after being caught where they had to cuff you , you fool !
