I've left my ex 3 weeks ago and I'm feeling so shit about my self. He treated me like shit but I've put on so much weight. Over 10kgs. I look huge for my high and body structure.
I hate my self for it. I want to loose it now and feel healthy again.
Any ideas. I don't know where to start. I've been so heart broken and depressed that I haven't even had the motivation to loose it
I snack at night which is such a bad habbit and I can't seem to stop it.
I need some recipes that are yummy but low calorie and will satisfy my bad addiction at night.
Also does any one know where I can find some healthy meal recipes. One my 3 year old daughter might eat too.
I'm really struggling. Just want to curl up and never let anyone see me I feel that bad.

I can relate to how you are feeling and I am struggling with that now even though I do the below I still find I eat badly from time to time due to stress I can’t give you advice on how to overcome that unfortunately I wish I could turn that switch in my brain also I am just sharing what I find helps me out (like I said I still have binges which is something mentally I have to overcome). Do you have a favourite type of food that you just love? Mine is Mexican and Thai, so what I started to do was a few nights a week after my little man goes to bed (I am a single parent household at the moment) I make up a few different bulk meals all packed full of veggies, so I have done taco bowls with taco seasoning and salsa with cous cous and just a punch of different veg and that’s what I take for lunches to work with me most days, my son doesn’t like a large amount of meat so I have made very mild curries with rice and lots of veg and beans, stir fries again packed full of veg, veg lasagne and pasta bog packed full of veggies also, I tried to think of things my little one would eat that I could cook in bulk for both of us. I have also tried to get myself into the habit of pre-making smoothie mixes up so I will put a bunch of fruit and yoghurt in a zip lock bag in the freezer and blend it up with milk in the morning for my breakfast. I tried to do a variety of different foods so I don’t get bored as I can’t stand eating the same things all of the time. I did get the Body Boss program which I did start until I cut my finger quite badly the other week, have a look and maybe see if it will fit into your lifestyle, I looked at gyms but money and time without kids in the house is hard to find so I needed to find stuff I can do at home while bubba boy is asleep. I am happy for you to reach out to me and maybe we can motivate each other and try to keep each other on track. If you are anything like me I have a sweet tooth so I find that I still need to have my treats otherwise I just completely fail I cant do hard line strict diets, unfortunately for me the last few months have more been falling off the wagon.
