My 14yr old daughter recently went to live with her father. I pay his child support via private collect. We came to an arrangement, which he is happy with, which is less than what CSA have advised. Will CSA be ok with this or can they make me pay full rate? Just curious as to what others have been told in this situation.

They don’t know what you pay and don’t care, they just give the annual statement for your info. Having said that, his FTB will be based on you paying the assessed amount, so if he is okay with that, then it’s fine. You can’t accumulate a debt either, they have no record and don’t care to, it’s you and yours exes responsibility.
They won't care but he can go CSA collect and request 3 months back pay if he wants to.
They don’t care. My ex and I have an arrangement to pay 50% of their rate. The only thing is they significantly cut my FTB based on the assumption I am getting more. Personally I don’t care. CSA rates are BS. Agree with other posters that he could go back 3 months if he decides it’s suddenly not enough. Just keep that money in an account to protect yourself
