How do I stop stressing about money

Our bills are paid, roof over our head and we don’t go without (some times might just take a few weeks until we can get something we like) but how do i get over the constant stress over money. My husband doesn’t care, because as long as our bills are paid, we’re fed and our child’s happy that’s all that matters.
We’re currently a one income family, pregnant with number 2,(30 weeks) can’t go back to work until afterwards which I’m hoping I can do night work.
My OHS work always comes first so it makes it hard.

I think I stress, because yes we’ve been paying of debt which is good but we don’t have savings and every time we get on track something else pops up so we don’t have enough left over to save.
We usually allow $200 a fortnight to spend on whatever (this also includes supermarket top ups, bread, milk ect) is that a massive amount? Like should we be cutting down.. so we can save
We are probably a lot better off then other people because we don’t struggle to pay bills as such but if a $500 bill popped up we’d be screwed for a few weeks. How do I stop the stress I budget to the max :( until I go back to work even a few nights a week and my hubby will be a lot better money in 12 months time, I can see myself just stressing even tho we always get through it.. I don’t know

Read the barefoot investor. We started it about a year ago - we don't follow it word for word but it's put my husband and I on the same page financially (we used to argue about money all of the time), we have savings in the bank now and we have enough to do a yearly trip interstate to visit my husbands family
