Hi ladies! I'm wanting to get breast implants but have no idea where to start. I'm 28. I've had 3 kids and breastfed all of them and now my boobs are squishy and they sag. I would love to have perky breasts that look and feel firm and don't hang low.... I want to be able to wear low cut dresses and nice bras without having to worry about my breasts falling out. I've had a look at cosmeditour on facebook but I'm really not sure what I am looking at? Would I need a lift as well as a breast augmentation if they are saggy? And is round or tear drop better? Also, would you recommend getting them done in Australia or traveling to Thailand? Thanks in advance for any advice girls!

Do not go to thailand..too many horror stories.
Do not go to a cosmetic doctor for the same reason.
Use only a certified plastic surgeon. Do a google search for plastic surgeons in your area and then start your research and look at their websites and fb pages, they will have a FAQ section which should help you and also lots of photos of their work.
100 percent do not use cosmetic doctors make sure you have a board certified plastic surgeon, all of CosMeditour a doctors are plastic surgeons not cosmetic doctors
I wouldn’t go over seas either. If you can afford it Australia is the way to go. You really don’t want to find yourself with an infection overseas away from support networks.
I’d also talk to your GP. They often know surgeons where you live. I’d never consider surgery without talking to my GP first about my over all health anyway.
Hi mama! I’m heading to the Gold Coast to have surgery with CosMeditour in July, if you give them a call the will give you a free assessment and tell you what they recommend whether just implants or a lift shape and what size they can offer up too, however they don’t do lifts in Aus you would have to go overseas if that’s the case, round is the stick on look where as teardrops mimic natural shape of the breasts (I’m doing for teardrops) all in all lots of research is my advice and make sure your fully comfortable about your wants for surgery etc all the best
First thing is see your local GP!
I found out I’d have to get redone every 10years and that turned me away.
I too would love my boobies refreshed, however after loads of research I think I am going to be happy with what I have. Most implants have a life span, so ongoing surgery ever 10 or so years. If you go OS there are Medicare implications as they don’t cover issues from elective ops you have oversees, check this out carefully. There is also a lot of current research saying the implants can cause loads of other medical issues. I would also look into a lift and using your own body fat stores to get some more volume with out using synthetic objects.
