Hello sisters! I was just wondering if there were any Mother's out there that have asked the Father of their children to terminate their parental rights and were at the end successful? Or unsucessful? We are requesting the father to relinquish his rights on the basis of: abandonment, failure to meet obligations to support the child, failure to contact the child, convicted criminal history of physical abuse, no established relationship between the child and father (mother has forcred the father to have a relationship with child), father non-cooperative with mother and outstanding arrears with CSA. We're based in NSW. Father left when our only child was one and he is now six. Would love to hear stories!
