To be honest i wouldn't bother with the books...what u need to know u will learn as u go. I bought heaps of books which pretty much said the same things and i didn't use that. best bet is hands on practice and guidance from ur midwife/ maternal health nurse.
Agreed! A lot of the books have outdated advice too.
I just read everything they gave me at appointments and did my own research. Pregnancy books don't last as advixe is always changing and some may have some might have so bad advice. You can also ask your doctor and midwife for advice on different topics
