I have rheumatoid arthritis, for diagnosed at 23 but they believe I’ve had it for years.
Atm I’m struggling a lot with the pain, swelling and the medicine side effects.
It’s gotten me so depressed. I lost my job, I can’t even open a bottle of water or even get out of the bath tub on my own :(
Has anyone else suffered from RA have any ideas on coping? Mentally and pyshically.
I do have my parents and my partner for support I just feel like a lump and that I’m useless now :(

Not sure if this is too extreme, pregnancy is meant to help symptoms and potentially can help it in the long run
Little extreme :/ and the medicine I’m on can cause fetus defects
Diet!
Look at gluten free/wheat free!
I’m gluten intolerant so already on a gluten free diet :( and a veggie based diet too next to no meat
Gluten isn’t the same as wheat, seek help fro, a dietitian
Wheat products are full of gluten hence why I don’t eat them
Follow Medical Medium on Instagram. Anthony’s first book goes into detail of Rheumatoid Arthritis (EBV VIRUS) in Chapter three and five. Stop eating Gluten, Diary and eggs ( these foods and some others feed the virus, hence why you are gluten intolerant) and start eating more fruit and vegetables and herbs. Plus start consuming daily Curcumin,Nettle leaf, Tumeric, N-acetyl cysteine and MSM. Use cold and hot packs. Place cold pack on painful areas for about half an hour a day to reduce inflammation and speed healing, and place a hot pack on the same areas for about ten minutes a day to loosen up any muscle tension. This is just some information I can give from his first book. Many people are healing from chronic and mysterious illnesses and sharing their stories
