Help daughter won't sleep in her own bed

In need of help, I have co slept with my 3rd baby like I did with my other two but I am in the process of trying to get her out of our bed I have tried before but nothing is working she will go to sleep in her bed for at least 3 or so hours but wakes up and is hard to put back to bed I could be sitting on her bed for an hour and she wouldn't be asleep I'm 33 weeks pregnant also, she seems to be a light sleeper I am lost with what to do

Im not sure how old your daughter is but my 2 year old went through this and it took about a week of just getting up and putting him back in his bed every time he got out. He cried and tantrumed and it was exhausting and I probably cried too, but also being pregnant I knew once baby came along, his sleep would be constantly disrupted if he continued to sleep in my bed.
The first night took hours, but gradually it took less time and now MOST nights after bath teeth and book he stays in his bed and goes to sleep.
I didnt sit on his bed or anything until he went to sleep, because he'd be the same and just lay there awake. Just quick cuddle and kiss and walked out if his room ( note he'd run after me those first few nights, but i just kept repeating the process).
He actually sleeps through the night now.

She's 2 I dislike the thought of her crying but if that's the only way she will sleep better then I will have to give it ago

I strongly recommend sleepy head balm, my son was a terrible sleeper (he’s now 5) constantly waking up and having restless nights. He would usually come into my room between 3-6am and go back to sleep. With sleepy head balm I just put it on after a bath and he’ll go to bed around 9 and not wake until 8 which is a massive improvement.
My daughter also sleeps a lot better with it and it’s all natural 🙂

Good luck
