My daughters father is an ice addict/ alcoholic we are currently in court until the final orders mid next year. I'm just wondering if they can be challenged once they are finalised I'm still fighting to protect my daughter to keep her safe, but I'm loosing faith as it's all getting too much and I'm completely overwhelmed thanks :(

It really sucks. But yes even after final orders, they can take you back to court at anytime. Been through it once already, and was back in court just recently both times there because of my ex. Feel for you! Get a good solicitor, it takes allot of the stress out of the situation! All the best! Sounds like you have a strong case!
