Q.V. body wash or goats milk, laser accupuncture and keep it moisturised :)

Contact a doctor and see a dermatologist though as each child differs.

Have you looked into what she eats before/around outbreaks, as I find certain things can flare up my daughters eczema.

We use Q.V. bath oil which is amazing. In really bad times, I lather it on her body for a few minutes before I pop her in a bath of it too. And then after bath, lather her in sorbolene or a dermaveen eczema moisturiser.

Warm baths or showers. My son has just had his first break out at 6yrs. Sudocream I used & coconut oil in the bath with goat's soap gone in 3 days. I've reduced his baths to every second day.

If you don't have access to a shop straight away, try oats in an old stocking. Pop the oats in, tie a knot and wet it in the bath/shower, rubbing gently over affected areas. Pat dry gently.

Try not to bathe more often than every 2-3 days - excessive water strips natural oils ans drys out the skin.

My son had eczema and I found following the royal children's guidelines really helpful re symptoms. One key thing is moisturiser within 3 mins of bath. Used cetaphil but heard moo goo a good natural one. Sometimes used cortisone (doctor said better to use but stronger for shorter time than weaker for longer). We used oatmeal in a mesh sac (just squeezed and swished it around) and no soap for baths (don't need to bathe too often). Wet bandages or t-shirt if really bad. Then look at causes. We used traditional Chinese medicine such was helpful. He doesn't have it any more. Some people say milk a problem but my kids don't have much. It was more important to boost nutrition and higher protein because the system shouldn't create these reactions. Had to build him up. Good luck! https://www.rch.org.au/kidsinfo/fact_sheets/Eczema/

Have her tested for allergies and intolerances. Go the natural path if you can
