PreEclampsia - I have had 2 children both delivered early (second one was 30 week emergency c section) have had weight loss surgery and lost 30kg and want another baby more then anything! Should i try again? Has anyone else been in this situation?

Speak to your doctor! They are the very best people to advise you on where you are at health wise, what are the chances of complications etc. also you might want to talk about how you maintain good nutrition if you do get pregnant as I know that can be an issue after weight loss surgery.
I would be inclined to do some research and see a specialist perhaps to get some sound medical advice so U can make an informed decision.
