Breast pumps and carriers

I have a s2 spectra breast pump - they're expensive but I love it. It is hospital grade and has several different setting as well as a letdown setting and you can pump both sides at the same time. A lot depends on how much you're going to use it though. For me the price was worth it and I wish I had bought it sooner (I'd been using a handpump and a cheap brand pump). I've heard lots of people recommend the medela swing too.

Baby carrier - I have a manduca. I chose it over the ergo because it had an inbuilt newborn insert. Bub can be carried on front, back or side. I absolutely love being able to use it on the side so bub is sitting up on my hip. I still use it like that with my 2 year old!
