I'm having my second bub in early December. My first bub was born in Autumn so I really don't know what is essential for a summer newborn bub, as my first was basically in winter gear for the first few months. I already have sleeveless and legless button up singlets and summer sleeping bags. Has anyone got any tips or advice? Many Thanks

Light cotton muslin wraps, just generally make sure any item you buy is cotton. They'll sweat profusely in synthetic fabrics.
Also, just keep it simple. Little outfits look adorable but they're just not practical in summer.
If you're in a quite hot climate, baby will probably spend most of the time in a singlet and nappy anyway.
If you are planning on wearing your baby in a sling I'd recommend looking for a light breatheable sling. You don't want baby to overheat. Also a hat, pram shade, car window shade are probably some important things.
A fan to clip onto the pram! And keep a spray bottle with some iced water around to spray if need be !!
