After trying to get pregnant for a couple of years I have had tests done and I have a low ovarian reserve. AMH of 4.2. My fsh levels seems fine at 1. I'm going to see the specialist in 2 weeks and am wondering if anyone has become pregnant? What did your doctor suggest as the next step? Clomid or ivf? I already have 3 children my youngest being 8. Regardless of what happens I'm blessed to have 3 children but I just would like to know other people's experiences, thanks ?

I had a low count very similar! I fell pregnant with no aid at all after 9 months of trying .. was just about to begin IVF :)
I was diagnosed in January with Primary Ovarian Insufficiency (POI) aka early menopause (I'm 33!) with an AMH that was "undetectable" (0.01) and a FSH of 20 and was told by my gyno I had a 8% chance of ever becoming a mum.
Gyno sent me for a D&C and tube studies (flush) with a laparoscopy in March had my bloods retested after the procedure and my AMH came back at 2.1 and my FSH at 11 then was monitored for ovulation the next cycle and tomorrow I will be 12 weeks pregnant - all naturally! So my suggestion would be to talk to your GP to see if they can refer you to a gyno/ob specialist and see if they can help you fall pregnant naturally.
