Breast reduction

Hi there. Please no judgement but I'm wanting to get a breast reduction for my 40th birthday without it costing an arm an a leg. Does anyone out there have experience with who to go through. I'm wanting to go from a dd to a b. I really hate my chest size and always have so this is my gift to myself for turning 40. Who did you go through and what was your experience.
