This is my second pregnancy, the first I was 22 and now have a healthy 3.5 year old, that pregancy was an absolute breeze. Now 27 and pregnant with my second and I feel like the life is just being sucked out of me.
This time around I knew I was pregnant before I even missed my period, I had sore boobs and felt slightly sick...I feel so bloody fatigued its ridiclous the tiredness started really early as well. Mid day I am ready for bed, my breasts are so sore I am feeling sick 24/7 (but not throwing up yet) and I am bloated to the extreme all day and night. I feel like a heavy paperweight lugging my body around and I am over it, Mind you I am only just over 6 weeks along. Not to mention the dizzy spells every single time I stand up thats probably the worst, I have been drinking a lot more water because was told I might be dehydrated but still it isnt helping.
I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow but just thought id see if anyone had a similar experience.
Thankfully my partner has been amazing and helping above and beyond even tho my moods are all over the place and I feel like crying 24/7 he has been a gem the poor bloke lol!!
I had my first U/S last friday I was 5weeks 5days and heart beat 92bpm so atleast I know the baby is where it is meant to be and not ectopic or anything so thats good! And tgere was only 1 baby/sac seen so I think even tho it was a very early U/S the chance of twins are pretty slim although my aunt and uncle are twins as well as two of my cousins.
But this time around it feels so different I can't help but feel something is off or maybe I am just over thinking things.
any reasurrance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ladies

My one and only pregnancy was like that, nothing was wrong but I just felt shit. Let's say 22 years later and I am so relieved I stopped at 1! Looking after a tiny person while feeling like that is even harder. I just wanted to sleeeeeeep.
I've been pregnant 3 times and have just found out I am pregnant with number 4, I am only a couple of weeks along.
My first 2 pregnancies were horrible tired all the time, sick all the time and I couldn't eat a thing, I lost between 20 and 30 kilos with each of them. I knew from 2 weeks before the tests even came back positive. Both came put as boys.
Baby number 3 came along, I only knew I was pregnant because of a missed period, I was fine until 12 weeks and then the nausea started. I was sick on and off until the day I gave birth she came out a very healthy little girl I still lost 30 kilos but my pregnancy with her was a much better pregnancy.
It could just be possible that the baby you are carrying is a different sex, then again you also need to remember that every pregnancy is different and some of the stuff can't be fixed.
I found that my nausea and pain was caused by gallstones and if I ate crappy food my body noticed and the rest of me suffered majorly. The good thing is that you're currently not throwing up and may just need to find a food that soothes your stomach enough to stop the nausea.
I wish you all the best and hope that it gets better for you soon.
I recommend getting the gall bladder taken out when you can. My life changed so much with out that organ constantly trying to kill me.
I'm the same. 2nd pregnancy 12 weeks, life sucked out of me!! I'm so uncomfortable and sick. I feel your pain, it's awful!!
I'm 9 weeks and 2 days into my second pregnancy. This one is kicking my butt.
I was pretty sick with DS but this time I'm throwing up as well (all day sickness. Gak). I don't remember being this tired either. Luckily, DS is 2 1/2 and still napping so I get to have an arvo sleep or I'd be toast. I can't take anything for the nausea as I react to the zofran and maxalon. The others have a sedative effect, so no good while caring for a child. We also have no family in town so my poor hubby is really having to bust butt to work and keep us fed and in clean clothes.
Pregnancy with a toddler is a whole different ballgame to your first. One foot infront of the other, one day at a time.
I am the OP...turns out I was pregnant with twins haha
26 weeks along now with DC/DA twin girls...mothers intuition lol
