Forever tired

I'm 25, have a beautiful 10 month old and I'm currently 9 weeks pregnant. I work part time 3 days per week and husband is full time however also works Friday and Saturday nights (this will be ending for the most part in a months time) I have been told I have an underactive thyroid however I get blood tests every 6 weeks due to being pregnant and it affecting the baby. My 10 month old sleeps from 6pm to anywhere between 430-530 give or take a few dummy put back ins. Although I am finding I am so tired I can barely function. I struggle to get through the day. I go to sleep around 9pm sometimes earlier, I don't like driving during the day because I find I'm fighting to keep my eyes open. My husband took our daughter today and I have slept all day.. I expressed my concern to my doctor however he did not believe it was related to thyroid as I'm on medication and my blood tests have come back okay and thinks I just have a lot going on? My question is, is this normal?

You have A LOT going on.

First trimester of my one and only and I was exhausted. I was only working part time and I was shattered. Things got better in the 2nd trimester. I wasn't looking after a 10 month old, my body wasn't recovering from a previous pregnancy (they say it takes 2 years for everything to truly heal), I wasn't dealing with a medical issue and I was shattered.

I would say of course you are tired. I feel exhausted reading what you wrote.

That's A LOT for one plate.
Pregnancy alone can do this let alone everything else you have going on so don't be so hard on yourself
