How does one go about getting a passport done for a child if the ex partner refuses to sign? He thinks child shouldnt have one until he is 18.
Is there a way to get it done?
We just want to be able to go on holidays and explore the world with our children.

You can get an exemption but it is a long road to go down, don't plan any holidays soon as it can take months and months for approval of it.
