School expenses

I know this has been asked a bit lately but if my ex husband has 40% care of our daughter should I expect him to contribute towards her schooling expense

I would ask him to contribute but if he refuses then then you can't do anything about it.
It all depends on what sort of guy he is on wether he will pay.

If he has her 40% of the time that means he would have her during school time as well so yes he should contribute especially if he had a say in what school she attended. Just my opinion.
