**PLEASE HELP**
My daughter is 5 years old and constantly wakes up at night. It is 10:30pm and she has already woken up 4 time since 8pm. She comes into my room crying and doesn't even know why?! She is not having nightmares and I am almost certain they are not night terrors and/ or isn't sleep walking. I ask her how many fingers am I holding up and different questions to see if she is in fact awake.
I would like other people's opinions. Is this normal? Or could their be something wrong? What can I do to get her to sleep through the night?
She used to be a great sleeper, I don't know what has happened. I'm at my whits end. Please help.

My 3.5 yr old used to be like this, turns out she was/is scared of the dark. Brought her a lamp she now only wakes up crying because she needs to pee.
Could she be having breathing troubles, my daughter was doing this until we found out her large tonsils and adenoids were blocking her airways causing sleep apnoea. Since the operation she sleeps solid 7-7:30 is quiet and happier during the day
